going to hit the gym

I haven’t seen any change since coming home from vacation, which for my body means I’m not doing something right. I know what that something is, eating clean.

Time to re-group, re-focus and hit it all again :)

Starting with logging my breakfast and hitting the gym!

  • Abs today!! (lots of planks :) )
  •  Low-impact cardio (either the elliptical or swimming) 
  • LOTS OF STRETCHING AFTER! my stiff joints are getting ridiculous….
